These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Enterprises Zion ("Zion," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of our products and services, including LovinFreq. By using any Zion product, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our products. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure.

2. Use of the Service

Zion grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products for their intended personal purpose. You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Where a Zion product offers a paid subscription or entitlement, pricing, billing terms, and available plans are presented at the point of purchase on our website. Purchases made through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) are additionally governed by that store's terms.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal (e.g. EU, UK, or Brazilian consumer law), you may cancel within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the digital service has not been fully performed with your express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit. You grant Zion a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. We may remove content that is illegal or infringing.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zion's liability is limited as described in this section, without prejudice to statutory consumer protections under the CDC (Brazil), GDPR (EU/ UK), and CCPA/CPRA (California) where applicable.

7. Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with LGPD, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA as applicable.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers resident in Brazil, the EU, UK, or US retain any mandatory consumer-protection rights and access to courts in their home jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
